Most of our adult patients come in because of pain or because something broke. Many haven't seen a dentist in years, almost always for the same reason: last time they were charged more than they expected, or it hurt more than they were told.

That's why we work with a written plan and a locked-in price from the first visit, and we separate what's urgent from what can wait. The patient decides what to do and when, with no pressure.

And we never rush the numbing. We wait until it has fully kicked in before we start, even if the visit runs longer: that's the difference between a patient who comes back and one who disappears for another five years.
